EZ CIC CIC practice management, done right

You cover six agencies. This is the one place they live.

EZ CIC is sold to you, not to the agencies you serve — your practice is the customer and they are your clients. Bring the services you already work with, including the ones running on a filing cabinet, and run every one of them from a single queue.

What you get

  • Start an agency that has no system

You do not wait for anybody there to sign up. Create the agency, enrol its providers, and work from the first day. Most of the services a coordinator covers have nothing, and that is the point.

  • One queue across all of them

Submissions from every agency you cover in one list, rather than six logins and six conventions. What you approve is what goes on the packet.

  • The paperwork signs from where you already are

The recertification packet runs its full signature chain out of an agency you started — you attest to its contacts first, so nothing goes out to an address nobody has vouched for.

  • They can take it over whenever they are ready

Everything you recorded belongs to the agency. When somebody there claims it they get an administrator and their own subscription, the records are already theirs, and you keep covering them — for free from that month on.

What it is not

It is not their personnel system.
You get recertification: cycles, hours, packets and the state forms. Rosters, documents and expiries belong to the agency and come with EZ Agency OS, which is theirs to buy rather than yours.
It is not where you track your own recertification.
A coordinator practice has no hours of its own. If you also work for a service, ask them to invite you — your record stays with them, and you hold both from one account.
You are billed per agency, per month.
And only for the ones paying us nothing. An agency that takes up its own subscription costs you nothing from that month on, so the more of them you convert the less you pay.

Tell us about your agency

How many providers you run, which levels they hold, and how recertification is tracked today — or, if you are recertifying on your own, just that. We will tell you what moving to EZ Recert would actually involve.

What happens next
A person reads it and replies — usually within a business day. No automated sequence, no calendar link to fight with.
Waiting on an invitation?
Agency accounts are created by your CME coordinator, and the link arrives by email. Check your spam folder first — if it is not there, write to us and we will chase it up.

The contact form is not enabled here

This deployment has no contact address configured, so there is nowhere for a message to go.
